Payment Plans
Undertaking a formal assessment is a significant financial investment. If paying in full is not possible for you, payment plans are offered to make this more financially accessible.
The fee is broken down into predictable milestones. A $400 deposit is required at the time of booking your initial appointment, and your documentation will be released once the final payment is made.
If you would prefer to, you can pay a deposit upon booking, then the remainder in full on the day of the assessment. This will be confirmed at your first appointment.

By booking an assessment package, you agree to the following milestone payment schedule:
Securing Your Booking: Your intake session is only confirmed once the Milestone 1 Booking Deposit has been successfully paid.
Automated or Manual Invoicing: Invoices for subsequent milestones will be issued via our practice management software. Payments must be settled on or before the morning of the corresponding session (Initial, subsequent sessions, and Feedback).
Documentation Release: Under no circumstances will formal diagnostic outcome letters, support recommendations, or optional reports be released until the total package balance has been paid in full.
Interstate Transacting: All fees are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (where applicable under Australian healthcare provisions).
