The Process.

How it works

I like to keep things as streamlined and simple as possible. Below are the steps you need to take depending on which service you would like to book.

Step 1 - Pay your assessment deposit or register via my portal

• If you are ready to book an assessment, please click the Book now button to pay your assessment deposit securely via stripe. After the payment is processed you will be re-directed to a page with a link to my client portal where will you will need to register and then book your first appointment. Registration is quick and simple and only takes a few minutes.

• If you would like to book a pre-assessment consultation, simply click the “book now’ button next to the ‘consultation’ section which will take you to my client portal. You will need to register and then you will be able to book and pay for your appointment online.

• If you would prefer to book your assessment via email please submit a booking enquiry form or send me an email and I will get in touch with you to arrange.

Step 2 - Booking Your Appointments

Next, book your first assessment appointment (or consultation) in my client portal. I will then send you a confirmation email which will contain an intake form for you to complete prior to your initial appointment and other important information about the process.

Step 3 - Attend Your Appointments

You will attend a number of sessions (Ranging from 60-120 mins) as part of the assessment process, depending on what you have booked in for. This will range from 1-5.

Step 4  - Documentation and post assessment follow-up. 

Two weeks after your appointments you will receive various pieces of documentation with details of your outcome. The documentation you receive will be personalised to you based on your needs & requirements. At this stage you are also able to book a 50 min post evaluation support session with me to continue to process the outcome if you would like.
